1 Year Health Guarantee
The following guarantee protects you the buyer
and explains your responsibilities. It’s our
responsibility to deliver a happy, genetically sound,
well socialized puppy, free of any life threatening
disease.
All of our puppies have been examined by our vet,
as needed, and prior to delivery and are given a
guarantee to be sound and free of any health
problems.
If the puppy is taken to your vet within 72 hours of
purchase and found not to be in good health. It
may be returned for another puppy of them same
sex and breed, provided that the puppy has not
been injured or neglected within those 72 hours.
Written proof from your vet will be required. The
seller will have up to 6 months to replace with
another puppy as soon as one comes available.
A dog will not be replaced if it has been used for
breeding.
You the owner are required to:
1. See that the puppy receives all
recommended vaccinations as needed and on time.
2. The dog is checked for internal parasites
every 3 months until one year of age.
3. The dog is put on heartworm preventative
at 3 months of age.
4. If illness occurs the dog is to receive
immediate veterinarian care all treatment is to be
followed.
Written proof will be required to verify all of the
above.
Where the dog is to be replaced due to a genetic
fault, proof must be provided to the seller by a vet,
of diagnosis and the said dog has been spayed or
neutered, not used for breeding. Our vet MUST
confirm the diagnosis of the animal in question
before a replacement can be discussed.
The seller is to be notified within 48 hours of the
death of the dog. An autopsy shall be performed
to determine the exact cause of death. The results
shall be sent in writing to the sellers veterinarian.
The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian
cost incurred by the dog after delivery.
Under no circumstances will any guarantee extend
beyond one year from date of purchase.
Buyer has been supplied with:
1. Health certificate, with vet check performed
no more than 10 days before delivery.
2. Health-Shot Record.
3. Registration papers for puppy.
4. 2 copies of the Health guarantee, signed
and dated by the breeder. Buyer is to sign, date,
and return to seller within 10 days one copy along
with a copy of their veterinarian check. Failure to
do so will void this guarantee.
